• Item(s) eligible for return or exchange are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges must be in the same condition when purchased. Items must be unworn with tags attached. We will not honor returns or exchanges without tags attached or item(s) that are damaged in any way. Please ensure that you order the correct quantity and size as exchanges or returns are not permitted for such error.

• For return or exchange of item please send us an email to begin the return or exchange process. Please allow 24-48 hours to begin the process for returns or exchanges.

• Returns: Once the item(s) is received and warranted as unworn or undamaged, then refunds will be processed.  Any item that is damaged when we receive it will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. Once your item(s) have been returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order (for an exchanged item).

Refunds: Items eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that some institutions may take up to 10 business days to complete your refund, however this may vary between institutions.
